Here are a few numbers that can be of interest to you :

(1994) (leafy veg = cabbage) :
peaty soil (2.7E-2 kg of dry weight/kg of frsh veg, 5.1 E-2)
alluvial soil (1.2E-3, 1.8E-3)
sandy soil (1.8E-3, 6E-3)
