RIGHT ON!!!!!!

As far as I am concerned, any question is fair game. If it is a 
response that is posted for general consumption, then an incorrect
response, or one that needs some clarification, will more often than
not, result in a follow-up response. As far as liability, the
individual who uses the information, or causes a violation to occur,
regardless of the information used or where received from, is liable.
The individual can not delegate away accountability. The licensee is
always accountable for what is done within their facility.

So, for anyone who needs to obtain information ... ask away. The last
I looked, there isn't anyone I know who knows "everything" ... and for
those who think a question is so obvious that their time isn't worth
answering, or, is beneath them, I think we, the collective community,
can probably find a question that "they" can't answer. But I am sure
that we would take the time to provide a response. It IS the
professional thing to do.

Information and communication is essential. Let not a few individuals
screw that up.
