Re: Build -up and photon interaction data

Graphs and tables of all photon interaction coefficients for all elements
are posted on the Web at

http://www.photcoef.com/2121.html

The posted coefficients are mass-coefficients. Linear coefficients and cross
sections for elements, chemical compounds and mixtures, can be calculated by
PHOTCOEF (for DOS) or PHOTKOEF (for WINDOWS). See

http://www.photcoef.com

PHOTCOEF also claculates shielding (with or without consideration of the
buildup factor) and dose deposition. Consideration of the buildup factor in
dose deposition calculations is being incorporated into PHOTCOEF and will be
available after 1 December 1996.
