Honors and Awards:
Pittsburgh-Westinghouse Scholarship 1990-1994. ORISE American Health
Physics Fellowship 1995-1996. Science Award for outstanding average in
1993. ROTC Cadet of the month. Thesis to be published.

Technical Skills:
IBM and Macintosh-most word processors and spreadsheets. Able to program
inFORTRAN, BASIC, C, C++(object oriented) familiar with the microsoft
foundation class library. Well versed HTML programmer.

Work Experience:

1991-Worked with Westinghouse Savannah River as Electrical Engineering
Intern. Worked re-writing work procedures. Involved print reading, and
data entry.
1992-Worked University of South Carolina as geological laboratory
assistant. Worked with scanning electron microscopy and laboratory
equipment.
1993-Worked at Westinghouse Savannah River Company as electrical
engineering intern. Worked in building world's first open-air convection
calorimeter. Provided technical support.
1994-Worked at Westinghouse Savannah River reprogramming hand-held
computers for engineering use. Programmed in Visual Basic.
1995-Present worked for DOE as stipended scientist. As project manager,
oversaw development of software that performs risk estimates and allows
user input to be given. Software is C++ based.
