Re: Annual Report to Workers

Arizona, an Agreement State, by regulation (A.A.C. R12-1-1004.A.and
following)requires that:

"Radiation exposure data for an individual and the results of any
measurements, analyses, and calculations of radioactive material
deposited or retained in the body of an individual shall be reported to
the individual as specified in this Section..." <blah><blah><blah>

"Each licensee or registrant shall advise such worker annually of the
worker's exposure to radiation or radioactive material as shown in
records maintained by the licensee or registrant pursuant to..." <blah>

At the request of a former worker such employers shall provide a report of
the worker's exposure within 30 days (from request or final exposure
determination) covering the requested time period.

Exposure reports from incidents shall also be provided to the worker.

These rules have been found to be consistent with the NRC Agreement...

Just an Agreement State Licensee perspective...
