Liquid Mixed Waste Disposal/ Treatment

On one of my sites, I have many tanks filled
with various acids and bases.  Several of these
tanks are also contaminated with NORM.  I was
wondering if anyone knew of companies which
would be able to neutralize the acids/bases and
solidify, evaporate, or deionize the material for
disposal at Envirocare.

Some more specific information:  Total
galonage - 500,000; Acids ~ 80k, Bases 250k
Enhanced NORM - Ra, Th, U  Max readings of
500 micro-rem/hr (Bicron).  Lab data is being
obtained.

Any companies listening out there are also
welcome to mail me information and bulk cost
estimates.  Also if there are any portable trailer
type systems out there, manufactures/renters
please send some info.
