Annex D "Occupational Radiation Exposures" of the UNSCEAR 1993 Report gives
the following information for the USA for the period 1985-1989:

from uranium mining - 3.46 mSv/monitored worker
from uranium milling & extraction - 0.95 mSv/monitored worker
from uranium enrichment - 0.12 mSv/monitored worker
from fuel fabrication - 0.45 mSv/monitored worker
at reactors - 2.06 mSv/monitored worker
from defence activities - 0.60 mSv/monitored worker
from industrial uses other than nuclear fuel cycle - 0.55 mSv/monitored worker
from medical use - 0.38 mSv/monitored worker
