Final Rules 10CFR20

For those who are affected, the Federal Register today contained
final rules amending 10CFR20 to implement the "constraints on
air emissions," aka the 10 mrem TEDE to the public, for airborne
effluents from licensees other than part 50 licensees.  The
introduction is below.  The full register notice may
