Ratio of cement to liquid waste for stablization -Reply

Mark Winslow's question as to how much cement is required to stabilize liquid waste
implies that a single ratio value might fit all wastes.  In my experience, however, the
solidification process is more complicated.  What must be added depends on what is being
solidified.  My suggestion is to obtain the services of an organization with experience in this
area.
