Thank you for your comment. Only one remark:
1) The conception on accident and incident is ample, not only in a fixed
installation as Nuclear Power Plant or Industrial Irradiation Plant. Usually
industrial radiography presents both incident and accident, inside and
outside the restrict area...
...and in transport
