Dave,
  Nuclear Power plant operators are tested during their continuing training
sessions on the material they cover during the sessions and on other areas
(fundamentals).  this means the operators must keep up with all areas of
knowledge to stay on shift.  I don't know of any power plants that are doing
this with RP Techs...it has been suggested at my facility which is not being
well received!
