A further question on tritium...

Knowing that h3 is nasty, and that HTO is real nasty, what is the LD
50/30 for our little friend?

I ask because I recently had to ship some old EXIT signs back to the
manufacter. While reading the MSDS and looking at the labeling on the
signs I was puzzled.

I remember being told the LD 50/30 was low (in the mCi) and looking at
the signs the label said 'no more than 25Ci per sign.

Seemed like a whole lot in a little sign, hanging over the door at my
kids school.
