NRRPT

1) The Rad Con manual was not originally a contractual requirement in the Fluor
Daniel's Hanford (FDH) et al contract for Hanford, however it was added as a
contractual requirement.

2) There are liability issues involved with DOE requiring contractors to accept
the NRRPT as a the equivalent of DOE CORE.

3) The review of the DOE core objectives vs NRRPT exam, clearly states that the
NRRPT contains many additional learning objective. In no way does this report
state the DOE core should be used in lieu of NRRPT registration.

Our facility is in the process of excepting NRRPT for the initial RCT core.
What are other sites doing? Please respond privately, I will post a summary of
results.
