The NRC's Public Document Room (PDR) offers an on-line or in-person (at the 
PDR in D.C.) course on their on-line Bibliographic Retrieval System (BRS). 
With it, you receive a password that allows you to access (as I understand 
it) virtuall every document they've ever published (not all documents have 
been transfertred to electronic form yet). This still doesn't give you a 
list, but it gives you an easy way of obtaing one. You can contact the PDR 
at 202-634-3273 or 800-397-4209 M-F 8:30 am - 4:15 pm EST.

Does a list of available NUREGs exist?  I've asked the GPO, NIST, and
the NRC at various times when searching for specific information, but no
one seems to know if a list exists.
