The best place to get a list of reputable calibration services is usually 
from your nearest Agreement State.  Most Agreement States now require 
registration by persons or companies that offer services important to 
radiation safety at their licensees' facilities.  This includes personnel 
dosimetry, survey meter calibration, and others.  Call the licensing or 
registration branch office and ask for a list.  They may impose a small 
fee for copying and mailing, but you'll know that the companies are 
covered by the state regs.  Most reputable and relatively large companies
will be registered with most Agreement States, but there may some, 
particularly smaller companies with more localized service areas that are 
not registered with very many states.  It's at least a place to start.
