I assume that good information should be available on the IAEA web site:

http://www.iaea.or.at

They have a conference service and in the IAEA bulletin there is always a
list of upcoming conferences.

Most journals have a section announcing conferences. Health Physics has,
Radiochemistry and Radioactivity has, Environmental Radioactivity has.
