Rad Safety Tech Position - Cleveland, OH



The Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF), Radiation Safety Department has
an opening for a Radiation Safety Technologist, starting immediately.  The
successful candidate will have a BS  in physics, HP, or comparable field. 
Experience in the HP/Rad.Safety field can be substituted for a BS.  The
individual must also possess a valid drivers license.  Experience in a
Research/Healthcare setting is desired.

CCF is a broad scope NRC licensee with approximately 80 approved
users in addition to being a 1000+ bed teaching hospital with an active
Radiation Oncology and Nuclear Medicine department.

The responsibilities of this position include package
receipt/survey/delivery, laboratory audit, waste receipt/monitoring,
support of radiation therapy, etc.  The position pays in the range of
$13-$14 per hour for a 40 hour work week.

Candidates may be required to travel to Cleveland, Ohio at their expense
for an interview.
