Another way to handle the decommissioning funding plan is to hand the
regulations to your company's lawyers and have them do it!.... Of
course, RSO's would still provide valuable input as to the
radiological end of things, but in the end the lawyers and financial
types at most institutions do the actual work of setting up parent
company guarantees, posting bonds, putting money in escrow, etc.
