Hi Don and Everyone,

This is what you get for using acronyms instead of expanding them the first
time!

VHA, as I understand it stands, for Voluntary Hospitals of America.  I went to
their homepage but all they use is VHA!  They don't expand it either!

As far as I know, VHA has nothing to do with the Veterans Administration or
any of their hospitals!

By VHA are you referring to Veterans Affairs or Veterans Health Athority?  If
so this has the potential to affect the entire VA system.
