     Radsafers.  Regarding the "Latest News on Envirocare"
     
     The latest issue of Inside EPA Weekly Reporter has an article on 
     overfiling and the result of court cases where it has been upheld.  A 
     contention of the involved organization was that it amounted to double 
     jeopardy.  The courts disagreed.
