Gamma Camera

Several weeks (months?) ago a thread appeared about a "gamma camera," using
(as I recall) a direction-sensitive detector which you can pan across a
room to tell you where the highest dose rates in the room are.  Any
information on this system would be appreciated.  Please send replies
