My apologies to all persons whom I unintentionally misled by recommending www.
acr.org/standards.new/brachy.html. I am not an ACR member, but I assure you
that, when I visited the site ~3 weeks ago, the document named above was
readily available, as were a lot of other things. I kick myself, now, for not
printing it immediately, but, of course, I didn't realize that they were
going to close the site to "outsiders".

I do have a couple of further suggestions, which I'm sure are good*. Medical
Physics Publishing, which is a nonprofit organization that was founded by
John Cameron, offers some highly recommended (by reviews in Health Physics,
Amer J Roentgenology, Med Phys, etc.) texts in this area, e.g.: Quality
Assurance in Radiotherapy Physics, G Starkschall and J Horton, eds. (1991),
reduced to $28.95; Brachytherapy Physics: 1994 AAPM Summer School
Proceedings, $79.95.

One can order from a very pleasant lady at (800)442-5778. One can also visit
their website at www.medicalphysics.org. I encourage you to join their
snailmailing list. I hope that this atones, in some measure, for my earlier
misdirection.
