This is the page to get "Radiation Related Rules, Regulations and 
Laws" as found on Bruce Busby's U. of Michigan website. You can find 
several versions of CFR here. I do not believe there is a PDF version 
on this site. However, one of the links is the GPO at the University 
of California, and perhaps they have that format.
