The National Archives and Records Administration has a Web site with many 
CFR's, including titles 10, 40, and 49, available as PDF files.  The URL is:

One caution:  I don't know how often this is updated.

Good morning!
I'm trying to find 10CFR20 and particularly Appendix B, perhaps as a 
PDF file, which will download and print out a nicely formatted version 
of it for me.   (My office subscribes to a commercial service which gives us 
access to Title 10, but it doesn't have it available in PDF so 
anything that we print off looks pretty schlocky).  I've gone to the House 
of Representativres Law Library and to GPOAccess but haven't had any 
luck yet.  Any suggestions?
