miniscule release of radioactivity in ny

hey,

this is my first shot at radsafe so be kind!

the release was at ginna where you should go for information.
there was a "fish mouth" break in steam generator tubing releasing primary
coolant types and quantities of radioactivity to site. (localized) no
evacuation. occured in early 1980's in january durring blizzard conditions.
activity showed up in snow. (snowout) due to valve failure the activity
vented past containment.
