For most facilities, the best bet for hood airflow measurements is to rent
an ALNOR 8565 thermoanemometer (with NIST traceable calibration),
with or without thermal printer, from AQ Safety, Inc., 505-332-7976.
Rent once or twice a year and make all hood flow measurements when
you have the device on hand.
