Free Tc-99

Dear Radsafe-

Is anyone out there interested in obtaining approximately
80 mCi of Technetium-99 (not 99m).  It is in a black powder
form.  I understand it is an expensive material if you have to 
purchase it and it is also costly to dispose of.  We would
like to in effect "recycle" the material rather than dispose
of it.  It was originially obtained from Oak Ridge. 
It is free of charge and we will pay shipping.
