That is absolutely the case.

Another point not made previously is that this is an excellent time for
young CHPs to participate since they are in a better position to provide a
current insight on the 'minimally qualified' aspect of this review.  [On
the other hand (to fend off any accusations of age bias by the older
fogies) the wisdom of the more 'experienced' HPs is useful also. :)]

More importantly, just getting fresh/new people involved in the process
always is a positive.  And I would also point out that most find the
experience very interesting (and even enriching).
