HPS Abstract Submittal

Abstracts for the 1998 Health Physics Society Midyear meeting may now be
submitted electronically via the HPS Web site at 
http://www2.hps.org/hps/cfpmy.html.  The deadline for abstract
submission has been extended to July 15, 1997 (despite what the form
says!)

The 1998 HPS Midyear will be held February 8-11.  This is conveniently
at the start of the Mardi Gras season!  Mobile is the home of Mardi
Gras.  Please make plans to attend.  The topic of the meeting is "Good
Health Physics Practices".  Abstract submission has been somewhat slow
to date.  Given the topic, this should be a wonderful meeting.  If you
have any process, procedure, or equipment that you feel your fellow
health physicists may benefit from... submit an abstract! Don't miss out
on the great information exchange and good times to be had in Mobile.
