Send them a Bau-Biologist! Just kidding, of course. Here in Ontario the
Radiation Protection Service at the Ministry of Labour has a
Non-Ionizing Radiation Section which measure microwave fields around the
dishes. There have to be something similar in the US For microwave in
the frequency range 1.5 - 300 GHz the occupational exposure limit is a
maximum power density of 5 mW/cm**2, RMS electric field strength of 140
V/m and RMS magnetic field strength 0.36 A/m. These limits are for the
whole body exposure and should not be exceeded in any six minutes
period.
