Obtaining EPA Documents

I looked through our web site and found this:

To obtain publications from ORIA, please call
Irma McKnight on 202-233-9357; or write to
Office of Radiation and Indoor Air (6601J),
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, 401 M
Street S.W., Washington, DC 20460. 

A call to Irma should get you the document. 
You should also be able to obtain these
documents from your regional office.  (Although
I usually end up calling ORIA anyway.)
