As Shane pointed out, I certainly hope this IS a typo, but more 
likely than not, just another newspaper reporter not knowing the 
science they cover, and, an editorial staff that is just as ignorant 
with respect to terms...  This is a bit lower than the LD50/30, but, 
in many cases, would lead to death if it is a total body exposure.
