I125 release criteria

The question about releasing I125 patients is also relevant for those
receiving prostate implants. So far we haven't had any with a
significant dose rate but with many patients scheduled, it is likely to
happen. Should they be issued a lead apron?? Has anyone had to deal with
this yet?
