First Announcement and Call for Papers - Brazilian Nuclear Sciences Meeting

The first scientific meeting of the Brazilian Society of Nuclear
Biosciences will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on November 18-20,
1997.  Exchange of information on different topics in the nuclear
biosciences will permit the integration of national and international
scientists with students and professionals in these areas.  Topics to be
covered include radiopharmacy, nuclear medicine, radiation protection,
medical physics, education in nuclear biosciences, quality control,
radiobiology, photobiology, and toxicology, and in-vivo and in-vitro
methods in diagnosis, therapy, and research. Although this is a regional
meeting,
the organizers encourage participation from the worldwide scientific community.

Scientists wishing to submit an abstract should do so by September 10, 1997.
