The posting of jobs is a valuable service to many HPs who are 
currently either out of work or looking for a change.  If you want to 
see how many of us are interested in such postings, just post a 
position and see how many resumes you get over about a week.  I 
believe that would answer any questions of whether job postings are 
of interest to the members of this list.  

Commercial advertisements do not serve such a valuable service, and 
are rightly prohibited (I assume) on this list.  Of course, this is 
all up to Melissa, right?

If you see it's a job posting and you aren't interested, just skip 
the message.
