Yes, but those people who have appointed themselves guardians of the 
public's best interests would never allow such a thing!!!  I wonder what'll 
happen to the meat?  Irradiating it and donating it would be the sensible 
alternative, but, see the first sentence.  Wasting food is a sin, that 
should be made clear in this case.

(Obviously) My opinion, not that of my employer, etc. ....
