Dear RADSAFERS,
I belong to a newsgroup for raising bi-lingual children, and one of the
members wrote me with the following after noting my signature message.
If the experts out there wouldn't mind offering their opinion or
providing some reference material, (as joe-public oriented as possible)
i would appreciate it.
