Mary: You should contact Ron C. Peterson, Lucent Technologies, Rm 1F101C,
600 Mountain Ave, Murray Hill, NJ 07974. He is an expert on cell phone,
RF levels, etc. (908) 582-6442. Also, his coworker, Alice Fahy-Elwood
does a lot of presentations to the public over precisely the same issue
that your Belgian person is concerned about, (908) 582-3475. A summary of
their work is contained in the book published from the most recent HPS
Summer School: "Non-ionizing Radiation: An Overview of the Physics and
Biology" which is now available from the HP Secretariat. See Chapters 14,
