Electric Arcs and RF

Good Tuesday, Radsafers! Hope you had a safe holiday.

Do any of you know of a good reference, or have any experience with RF
emissions from DC electric arcs? The local Air Force base is concerned
that RF emissions from the soon-to-be-installed electric light rail
public transport system will interfere with satellite communications. I
may be called upon to make measurements because part of the system will
be on Lockheed Martin property, near the satellite dishes. Emission
spectrums, energy densities, etc. would be useful. Any and all help will
be appreciated.
