radar overexposure.

To: RADSAFE --INTERNET radsafe@romulus.eh

A military doctor here in Canada has asked me for any information on human
exposure to 7 to 15 GHz, a few feet in front of a military aircraft operating
some sort of radar device at 70,000 to 100,000 watts. (yes it's thatlarge.
There is no error in the number or units as far as I know). A person
wasexposed about 1.5 years ago at a distance of 2 feet from the front of the
aircraft for about one half to one minute. He is still experiencing medical
problems which are being attributed to the exposure but they do not know how
to treat this injury. I would likesomeone knowledgeable to give this guy some
direction on this. Has anyone had involvement with this sort of thing? Or has
anyone suggestions as to whom I may contact? Thanks.
