I hate to be a gloomy Gus, but. It appears to me that the nuclear policy battle has already been fought, the dust has settled, and we have lost. One day there will hardly be any HP work other than D&D and litigation support. Ultimately it has to make a come back, but it may mnot be in our life -times regards rh
