Brookhaven Nat'l Lab issues and sanctions

I have been following the threads on Brookhaven (both contract and tritium)
with quite a bit of interest.  For those of you interested or wanting more
information on some of the issues that contributed to all of the recent
uproar,  the Safety Management Evaluation report referenced by Secretary of
Energy Pena in the press releases regarding the termination and rebid of
