For your information, the navy nuclear power program provides theoretical and
practical training in health physics. At what point would be sufficient to make
"solid recommendation or decisions" as a professional health physicist. Yes
a bachelors in health physics provides more theoretical training, but so does
a masters in health physics. Thus, from your logic only those with the highest
degree should be professional health physicists - only Phd's.
