Since no one has posted the numbers, here they are for male mortality
rates per 100,000 age-adjusted for all cancers(ICD140-205)  except lung
(ICD162-165) as obtained from CDC Wonder data files:

1985-106
1986-106
1987-105
1988-105
1989-106
1990-106
1991-105
1992-104
1993-104
1994-104
Not much evidence for increasing with time.
