This really does not have anything to do with this situation, however,
if given the training and on the job training eventually YES. Remember I
am not talking about a painter trying to become and HP this is a
experience HP Tech that has alot of OJT knowledge to start with. You
could not of taken the CHP when you graduated from school, but through
experience you (maybe) have the knowledge.
