RE: contamination fo centrifuges
Despite the use of screw-top micro tubes, bench top centrifuges seem to
be a common site of contamination in our labs. We require users to
survey frequently and try their best to decontaminate the equipment.
However, we also want them to label the centrifuges as radioactive
materials usage areas to remind everyone else that they just might be
(and usually are) contaminated.
