Curiously I wonder why you sent me the notice of the ALHPS meeting.  I'm
not a member, but I do appreciate the opportunity to participate as a
guest...  Unfortunately, I'm sure RADCHEM funds would not be available
for my attendance.  Perhaps, it is vastly more important that the money
available be spent on someone like yourself that truly has a desire to
participate and is in control of the destiny of the ALHPS at this time.
