FUSRAP, DOE, Army Corps of Eng.

A planed characterization survey of one of my
sites was halted in its tracks.  The information I
have says the funding for the FUSRAP program
has been shifted from the DOE to ACE.  And
therefore DOE does not have the money to pay
ORISE to conduct the survey.

I was wondering if anyone from ACE and DOE
had any information on where the program was
going?  Also what would need to be done to get
ACE to fund the project?  And is the ACE taking
legal resonsibility of old DOE/AEC sites?
