Eberline DD-300M

I've just been issued an Eberline DD-300M electronic dosimeter
(without a manual of course) and I'm getting an "Err 4".  Would
appreciate hearing from anyone who is familiar with these as to
what the specifics are.  Also, if some happens to be in a kind
and generous mood, I'd certainly appreciate receiving a fax copy
of the manual if not to long.
