Tl -201 Administration

Hello Radsafers
Can someone save me a dose calculation?
A coworker recently underwent a routine cardiovascular stress test using Tl-201. The individual weighs about 150 lbs (pretty close to reference man, eh?). He asked me how much dose he received.
1. What is the typical quantity (millicuries) administered for this procedure?
2. What is the estimated committed effective dose equivalent?
3. What is the committed dose equivalent to the maximally irradiated organ for this intravenous administration? Which organ?
4. What was the exposure rate at one meter from the patient immediately following the administration?
5. What is the biological half-life for this form of Tl-201 (thallous chloride, I believe)?
Since this is a routine medical procedure, I thought that some of you might have these answers readily available. Thanks for saving me some work!
